Stress

 

Both the way we think and our physiology affect how we cope with stress. So our fitness and diet alongside emotional awareness and healthy thinking are all essential. We can’t expect to eliminate stress from our lives however we can take positive action to manage stress and live fully.  We need some stress in our lives. Stress is helpful and science suggests in moderation also good for us. To live a fulfilled life we can become stress resilient in order to manage stress and stay well.
