Not local enough to see me personally I do coaching via Skype/Zoom. We will tailor sessions to your goals using Yoga – asana, meditation, breathwork, bodywork, intention, visualisation and relaxation. We can also look at nutrition, emotions, sleep patterns, all round exercise and movement practices, work, hobbies/interests and relationships where relevant and/or preferential.
