Learn Coherent breath, benefits of which include • training nasal breathing, • strengthening the diaphragm, • optimize oxygenation of the blood by balancing blood gasses, • benefits all the systems of the body but especially the nervous, respiratory and cardiovascular systems. • Can improve concentration and focus. • Can improve sports training and stamina.
Learn how to do coherent/resonance breath at 6 breaths per minute.
Practice and experience coherent/resonance breath daily and feel its benefits You will have accountability for continued practice and opportunity to ask questions as you develop your practice.
